QuickBooks Subscriptions Included 

(1) If you are on one of our Accounting and Advisory plans (Helper, Apprentice, Journey, or Master), we will pay for your QuickBooks Online subscriptions. Currently, QuickBooks Online subscriptions range from $30/month to $200/month. We choose the best subscription option for your business and pay for them out of our own pocket. When you sign up for a payroll add-on, we pay for your QuickBooks Online Payroll and QuickBooks Time subscriptions too. QuickBooks Payroll subscriptions range from $45/month + $5/employee/month (without time tracking) to $125/month + $10/employee/month (with QuickBooks Time time tracking). If you already have any QuickBooks subscriptions, we can transfer the billing after you've been a client for at least 90 days.

Other One-off Services Included

(2) Every business is unique and has different preferences and requirements. You may need a little more or a little less than what is typical for a business at your size and growth stage. We understand this. We know that things come up, and unexpected needs can arise out of nowhere. We don't get nitpicky when this happens. We will be there for whatever you need, and we'll only level up your pricing when it makes sense for your business. Need after-the-fact payroll done for your S Corp, but you aren't signed up for a payroll add-on? No problem. Need a handful of certified payroll reports prepared here and there, but you are only signed up for the Apprentice plan? We got you. Maybe you already have a tax preparer that you like and want to keep using. No issue at all. We'll work directly with them and handle all their information requests on your behalf. While they're doing the taxes we'll work on something else for you. Need a simple website built? We can even do that too. (If you're interested, you can start to design a website for free on webnode and then we can pick up wherever you leave off.) We'll do whatever it takes for your business to grow and thrive.
